Goods can be returned or changed up to 15 days after receipt. If 15 days have passed since receipt, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or the impossibility of the refund.
If your refund is approved,your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Responsibility for shipping costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless an item is faulty). Unless an item is faulty, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
